Is the festival kid-friendly?
Yes! We are a family-friendly event.
- Strollers are allowed
- Children ages 6 and up require a ticket
- Children under 6 do not need a ticket. They will receive a free headband (pins are not included)
Is the festival pet-friendly?
Service animals only.
What happens if it is raining?
Panda Fest is a rain-or-shine event unless severe weather conditions require delay, postponement, or cancellation.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Sorry, no outside food or beverages are allowed.
Exceptions:
- Medical dietary items are permitted
- Baby formula and milk for infants/toddlers are permitted
What is the bag policy?
Small bags are allowed. Bag checks may occur at the entrance if necessary.
What is the smoking policy？
We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises. This includes, but is not limited to: Tobacco cigarettes, electronic cigarettes / e-cigarettes / vaping devices, cannabis / marijuana smoke or vapor, and any form of smoking, vaping, or inhaling substances.
Is parking available?
The Route 29 Pavilion offers ample parking. Parking is available for attendees at $20 per vehicle per day (cash only), regardless of the duration of your stay. Please note that parking is operated by the Route 29 Pavilion, and we are not involved in its management or fee collection.
Can I change my ticket to another day?
You are allowed to change your ticket to another date/time slot on Eventbrite yourself before the event. However, you will not be able to use the ticket for another date.
I bought a ticket for a specific time slot. Can I arrive later that day?
Our ticket includes an arrival window, not a strict start time. You must arrive + check-in during the arrival window/time slot you purchased your ticket for.
To help reduce lines and keep entry smooth, you may arrive anytime during your time slot — no need to be there right at the start.
Most guests stay 2–3 hours, which gives plenty of time to enjoy everything.
A limited number of tickets will also be on sale at the gate during each time slot, however, online ticket holders will be permitted entry first.
Are there options for vegetarians, vegans, or those with dietary restrictions?
Yes! Many vendors offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Is there seating available, or is it standing only?
Yes, we have picnic tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP tickets are available and include access to seating and VIP restrooms.
Is alcohol served, and what are the age requirements?
Yes, alcohol will be available for purchase. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID.
Do vendors accept credit cards, or is it cash-only?
Most vendors accept both cash and credit cards. There are no ATMs on-site.
Can I purchase tickets on gate？
Gate admission is $20. Entry is subject to venue capacity and therefore not guaranteed. Guests holding tickets will be granted priority entry.
What items are prohibited？
The following are not allowed on festival grounds:
- Weapons of any kind
- Roller skates or skateboards
- Self-defense sprays (pepper spray)
- We strictly prohibit the use, possession, or consumption of any combustible, vaporized, or aerosolized products on our premises.
